I began my career in web development and technology delivery, building a hands-on foundation in software engineering and digital production. I progressed into Agile project management and digital transformation — leading cross-functional teams, driving process improvement and delivering complex technology programmes across the UK, Singapore and South Asia. My experience spans web, software and FinTech environments, including leading teams of 17+ engineers and delivering 50+ projects.

My track record includes a 30% reduction in operational costs, PCI DSS certification, and 50+ successful project deliveries. I hold an M.Sc. in Programme and Project Management (Distinction, University of Chester), Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®), PRINCE2 Foundation and the Google Project Management Certificate. I bring strong stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration and a data-driven approach to continuous improvement.

Alongside delivery leadership, I have developed strong interests in data analytics, KPI reporting and business intelligence, including Power BI dashboards for clinical and operational reporting. I combine technical knowledge with project leadership and data-driven decision making to deliver measurable business outcomes. My MSc dissertation explored the role of AI in project management for Industry 5.0.
